The third Spider-man movie starring Tom Holland will be titled Spider-Man: No Way Home. This movie will be huge starring almost the entire Marvel characters. So far confirmed characters who will be appearing are Electro, Dr Strange and Dr. Octopus. Rumored characters are Daredevil, Tobey Maguire’s Spider-man, Andrew Garfield’s Spider-man, Gwen Stacy. Filming of this movie started in October 2020 and will be finished this month. This movie is scheduled to be released in December 17, 2021 and part of phase 4 of Marvel Cinematic Universe. Spider-Man: No Way Home is directed by John Watts and written by duo team of Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.

Spider-Man first appeared in Amazing Fantasy 15 (August 1962) written by Stan Lee and drawn by Steve Ditko produced by Marvel Comics. Peter Parker, the teenage superhero behind the mask of Spider-Man, lived with Aunt May and Uncle Ben when both his parents died in a plane crash. Through his uncle, the phrase “Great power comes with great responsibility” was born. He is the first teenage superhero not to be a sidekick like Bucky and Robin.

Spider-Man has the power of the spider clinging onto surfaces, strength, agility and mobility. He also has accelerated healing. He belongs to several teams like Avengers, Fantastic Four and Defenders.

Spider-Man was in a trilogy of live-action movies starring Tobey Maguire in Spider-Man (2004), Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007). In 2012 Sony rebooted the Spider-Man franchise with Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker in Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014). Sony and Marvel made a deal and bought Spider-Man into MCU guest appearing first in Captain America: Civil War (2016) and later starring in his own movie Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) and Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019).

Getting a copy of Amazing Fantasy 15 is not cheap unless you want a facsimile copy.
