Morbius first  appeared in Amazing Spider-man 101 (October 1971), created by Roy Thomas and Gil Kane. Morbius gained vampiric superhuman abilities after failed experiment to cure his rare disorder. He started out as an antagonist to Spider-man and now is flawed anti-hero. He starred in his own comic book titles.

On that same day, January 13,  there was a best offer accepted of Amazing Spider-man 101 CGC 9.4 for $3,000.
